Utilizing the 8 extraordinary meridians to treat fertility – This course will go over each of the eight extraordinary meridians and look at the characteristic issues associated with them. Each carries a particular “theme” that impacts the functioning of the health as a whole, and the reproductive system in particular. The course will go over when to use which system for which disorders; for example, utilizing the dai mai to address PCOS; utilizing the ren mai to address deficiencies in nurturing; and utilizing the wei mai to address social issues pertaining to pregnancy and parenthood. We will cover which hormones pertain to which of the 8 extra vessels, and appropriate treatment strategies to regulate hormonal imbalances.
