Unexplained Infertility is a common problem that leads to extreme frustration and heartbreak. This lecture will review some of the many potential causes implicated in by this diagnosis. Beginning with a review of the adaptive and cellular immune systems, we will dive into a breakdown of acute vs chronic inflammation, autoimmunity and infertility, the uterine immune system, and mixed patterns including Covid-19 and endometriosis.
