The management of Recurrent Pregnancy Loss (RPL) is difficult and complex. Integration of the practice management of both traditional western medicine, Chinese medicine and functional medicine will be reviewed in this talk.

1. Current recommendation by the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology and American Society for Reproductive Medicine on evaluation of RPL
2. Current evidence and a review of the literature on the management of RPL.
3. Oriental Medicine and Functional medicine approach to RPL
4. Comprehensive approach to development of an integrative plan to manage RPL in the setting of two separate practices. Recommendations on a practical approach.
